Lost or Stolen Shipments:

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Once USPS, Fedex or USPS confirms delivery, that word is final. We are not responsible for stolen or otherwise lost packages post delivery confirmation.  If you have a concern about the security of your delivery location please use an alternate or business address.

 Once orders have left Say it Loud Party Game warehouse, the package is in the care of the postal / package handler. Customers are required to submit a claim directly with courier and follow their guidelines. Most couriers recommend waiting 14 days before assuming a package is lost. After 14 days, please contact the customer service team of the courier.
